Our client is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations and maintain a professional, efficient, and welcoming workplace. This role combines office management, executive support, facility operations and event coordination as well as serve as a key partner in fostering a positive employee experience. Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of office operations, including vendor relations, supply management, and facilities coordination, • Maintain a well-organized, engaging workplace that promotes collaboration and a positive employee experience, • Serve as the primary liaison with building management and coordinate all visitor and delivery logistics, • Oversee office budgeting, expense tracking, and cost-effective purchasing, • Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and team gatherings, • Provide executive support to a senior leader, including calendar management, travel coordination, and special projects, • Support cross-functional initiatives and assist with ad-hoc operational needs Qualifications: • 5+ years of work experience as an Office Manager in a professional services environment (financial services or investment management preferred), • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proactive, service-oriented approach, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Experience in office operations and workplace experience, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom, • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
