Job Description Position Summary Under supervision of the Merchandise Manager, the Retail Associate will maintain the retail operation of Blumenthal Arts boutiques. The Retail Associate will create a delightful shopping experience, restock product displays, and maintain accurate inventory counts. This is a part-time, seasonal position that is tied to the operation of specific event offerings that may include nights, weekends, and holiday seasons. Weekly hours will range from 0 to 29 hours per week. Retail Associates may work at several venues during one shift. POSITION SUMMARY The Digital Content Coordinator, under the supervision of the Communications Manager, is responsible for developing and capturing content to support marketing and communications efforts. This position will entail working with the Communications Manager and across departments to understand content needs and develop strategies and processes. The ability to capture and edit photos and videos to create high-quality assets is required for this role. The Digital Content Coordinator will also partner with the Communications Manager to manage social media channels by developing plans, scheduling contact, interacting with followers, and creating paid ads.
