MarketCast is looking for a Workplace Experience Specialist to support the Culver City office and other centers at the Company. This role reports to the Director of Workplace Experience and Facilities. The Workplace Experience Specialist will help to elevate the office experience by providing personalized, client-centric services and administrative support. The individual will work proactively with the Director of Workplace Experience and Facilities (WEX) to provide curated experiences, general office support and hospitality services. This team member will serve as a “one-stop shop” and ensure all requests are completed to client specifications. This person is the warm welcome and fond farewell, creating memorable experiences for our client and clients’ guests. #FandomIsOurJam We’re looking for: • Partner with the Director of Workplace Experience (WEX) and Facilities to enhance office operations and the employee experience while offering insights on workplace trends, • Support company events in partnership with senior leadership, • Collaborate with Human Resources to support cultural work projects, • Work with IT to deliver basic tech and A/V support and resolve tech issues, • Team up with the global culture committees to organize monthly events, • Support five centers and their local needs to drive better operational and employee experience outcomes, • Liaise with building management and vendors, arrange repairs as necessary, and evaluate performance, • Ensure common areas are neat, organized, and welcoming, including conference rooms, • Manage office, food, beverage, and other essential supplies, and support with expense reports, • Monitor and restock supplies to ensure a well-maintained ambiance, • Serve as the point of contact for employees, managing requests effectively while fostering positive relationships., • Solicit, gather, and analyze employee feedback to implement improvements and enhance employee satisfaction., • Ensure smooth new hire onboarding and offboarding by collaborating with WEX, IT, and HR, • Serve as a primary point of contact in emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of employees, • Support any ESG and audit efforts relating to office efficiency, • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, • 2-3 Years of applicable experience in facilities management, • Experience in program project management, • Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders, • Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented with ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, • Experience working on implementation new processes or programs that tie to the office, • Ability to research, evaluate, and recommend best practices in the execution and delivery of best-in-class work environments, • Strong team collaboration, interpersonal, and relationship building skills, • Medical, Dental, Vision, • 401(k) Company Match, • Freedom Leave, • Health & Wellness Events & Benefits, • Professional & Personal Growth & Learning Opportunities, • And, more Our Purpose: Fandom connects people with shared passions and builds communities around them. Check us out: Per the pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is $63,000 to $68,000/yr. As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skill set, and any other factors MarketCast considers relevant to the hiring decision.
