Whatyoulldo: • Serve as the first point of contact for customer requests via phone, email, and live chat., • Work closely with new and returning customers on complex and custom orders, such as designing floor/wall signs., • Collaborate with sales team members to provide quotes,processand manage orders, and support customer accounts to drive retention., • Prepare and send sample packets, catalogs, or custom sample boxes to potential customers as needed., • Assist Sales Team with administrative tasks such as order entry, payment verification, and other tasks as needed, • Maintain expert-level knowledge of core products and services, staying current on any changes or updates., • Provide Tier 1 technicalproductsupport, escalating issues by creating andsubmittingtechnical support tickets as needed., • Complete assigned tasks in the customer service queue andassistwithadditionalprojects orinquiries., • Provide administrative support to Trade Show teams as needed., • Participate in team and department wide meetings, trainings, andinitiatives., • Contributeideas for process improvements to enhance bothcustomerexperience and internalefficiency., • Assistwith onboarding, mentoring, ortrainingnew team members asrequested., • Other duties as assigned Whatyoullneed to be successful • High School Diploma or GEDrequired;college-level coursework or a degree is preferred, • 5+yearsof priorexperience in an office-based customer service/support or inside sales role., • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to quickly learn new software systems, • Previousexperienceworkingwithin CRM/ERP systems HubSpot and/or NetSuite experience highly preferred, • Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with strong professional email and phone etiquette., • A strong senseofinitiativeand a proactive, customer-first mindset., • Strong attention to detailand timemanagement skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Has a sense of urgency around completing high-priority tasks., • Demonstrated problem-solving skills andinitiativeto improve processes, • Able to collaborate effectively across departments and locations, • Comfortable with speaking to customersandcoworkers on the phone Benefits & Perks Beyond offering a fun, creative work environment and becoming part of a dynamic team, CSS also offers the following to employees: • Competitive Pay, • Medical, Dental, & Vision insurance, • Voluntary STD/LTD, • 401(k) program with employer matching (Roth options available), • Generous PTO program, • Career Growth Opportunities, • Annual reviews, • Access to training & development, • Fully stocked Breakroom w/excellent snacks & drinks, • Volunteer and Community Outreach opportunity, • Active employee engagement activities Physical Requirements:Ability to stand in a stationary position for long periods; occasionally move around the office and reach into cabinets, drawers, etc.; ability to lift to 40 pounds. Working Conditions:Warehouse environment with fluorescent lighting, regular interruptions, and an increased noise level.
