Job DescriptionBenefits/Perks • Flexible Scheduling, • Competitive Compensation Responsibilities: • Prepare a variety of desserts and sweets, including cakes, pies, cookies, breads, and pastries, • Develop new and innovative recipes, • Decorate cakes and baked goods, • Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas, • Prepare custom orders, • Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary, • Supervise pastry assistants and bakersQualifications:, • Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred, • Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment, • Knowledge of gluten-free baking, sugar-free baking, and other ingredient limitations, • Knowledge of food safety practices, • Previous experience decorating cakes, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, • Strong organizational and time-management skills, • Team player with strong leadership skills, • Available for early morning shifts
