Key Responsibilities: - We have our own system we use (We will train you for this part) - Pre-Billing - Act as a direct link between family, the home care agency, and the insurance case manager. - Communicate with patients and aides - Ability to staff cases - Problem solver / Good people skills - Communicate with MLTC to authorize services, adjust care hours, report changes in patient health, and updating care plans. Qualifications: • Experience in healthcare administration, nursing, social work, or a related field preferred, • Experience in home care, healthcare coordination, case management, or patient services a must, • Knowledge of home care regulations and documentation requirements., • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and Microsoft Office applications., • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: • Good communication skills.
