We operate at the intersection of culture, sport, and storytelling, delivering full-scale brand management, marketing strategy, social media operations, and high-end production across digital, social, and commercial work. Our mission is simple: build iconic brands for the digital era. We work with elite clients including top athletes, global brands, and sports franchises, and we hold ourselves to an exceptionally high creative and execution standard. The Role The Socials Content Creative is the hands-on creative engine of Icon's social content operation. This role is responsible for ideating, shooting, directing, editing, and publishing high-performing short-form content for Icon's clients across all social platforms. This is not just a desk job. This is a camera-in-hand, in-the-field, in-the-edit-suite role for someone who lives and breathes social content. You will be embedded with world-class athletes and talent, often in fast-moving, high-pressure, unscripted environments, creating content that reaches millions and drives real engagement. The single most important skill in this role is the ability to shoot and direct social-first content in the field, in the moment, with high-level talent. You must be confident enough to direct elite athletes and public figures, sharp enough to capture moments others miss, and skilled enough to turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content, often within hours. Ideation and editing are critical and can be developed further, but the ability to execute under pressure in the field must be there from day one. This is also a rare opportunity. Icon is in a high-growth phase. We are scaling our Digital & Social division, expanding our client roster, and producing content for some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment at the highest level of the creator eco-system. You won't just be making posts; you will be building the social content playbook for a company that is redefining how athletes and brands show up online. As the company grows, you will have the opportunity to take on more leadership, shape how social content is created and delivered across all of Icon's divisions, and build a real career in premium content production. You know what looks good, what feels authentic, what feels cringe, and what's going to spark conversation and drive shares, • You study the game. You can name the top performing branded social accounts right now and explain what makes them work, • You think in formats, not one-offs. The demand for elite social content will only grow from here, and the right person in this role will grow with it. As the company scales, this role will have opportunities to take on lead ownership of specific client accounts, grow into a Socials Creative Lead role, mentor junior creators as the team expands, and expand scope into content strategy, creative direction, and client-facing leadership.
