JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for oversight of the corporate clinical and regulatory auditing initiatives across all company locations by providing education on adherence to regulatory guidelines, clinical and accreditation programs, clean room management, board of pharmacy compliance programs and compounding policies. Ensures clinical staff compliance with the standards of practice of the profession, company policies and procedures, local, state, and federal laws, and regulatory standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Lead and manage direct day-to-day activities of Clinical Quality Coordinators, assign workload, audit work, and provide leadership., 2. Approve and allocate resources based on priorities; contribute to departmental strategy, goals, and direction., 3. Provide corporate and branch-level pharmacy oversight and support; ensure compliance with company policies and procedures., 4. Audit pharmacy operations and cleanroom documentation to maintain ACHC, URAC, and other regulatory standards., 5. Track and prepare for inspections (boards of pharmacy, Medicare, ACHC/URAC); support branches during inspections and oversee corrective action plans., 6. Maintain certification schedules; assist with remediation plans, microbiological sampling, and compliance-related upgrades or repairs., 7. Collaborate on policy creation; deliver training and develop tools for cleanroom management, accreditation, and aseptic technique., 8. Stay current on changing standards; recommend workflow improvements to reduce errors and enhance compliance., 9. Other related duties as assigned by manager or designee. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Education: • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from accredited college of pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy or Master of Science in Pharmacy preferred. Certifications or Licenses: • Current and unrestricted pharmacist registration in the state of practice., • Additional licensure preferred Experience • Minimum of two (2) years recent experience in an acute care setting or one (1) year recent experience in home infusion therapy including sterile compounding., • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with accreditation process, quality/performance improvement, developing, implementing and executing policies and procedures., • Familiar with business management, as well as state and federal regulations and accreditation standards., • Proficient experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and/or electronic health care record software system preferred.
