An Overview of the Head Coach Role We are currently searching for a Head Coach (HC) with over two years of management experience. The position of Head Coach (HC) is the studio’s team leader in all manners of fitness. Alongside the Sales Manager, the Head Coach is responsible for driving all areas of the business with a special focus on growing the culture, community, and process of the fitness side of operations. The Head Coach will report to the Studio Manager. The Head Coach (HC) is responsible for leading the fitness team, providing education, and providing daily direction and development.
