The Civil Project Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the construction project including planning, directions and coordinating activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of the project and the company are accomplished timely, safely and within budgetary parameters. Responsibilities • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of project which includes: project schedules, coordination of trades, management of submittals, scope review and handling of subcontractors, and manage project budget requirements, • Reviews and understands contract plans, specification, and documenting procedures as well as the ability to recognize and solve potential conflicts within design build plans, organize and perform buy-out and day-to-day schedule reviews., • Keep open lines of communication with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems., • B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field required and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience., • Strong leadership and communication skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment EMPLOYEE BONUS REFERRAL LEVEL I Harrison, Walker & Harper is an equal opportunity employer.
