YOUR ROLE ON THE TEAM With the full backing of our systems and lead flow, you will: • Respond to and build deep rapport with inbound motivated seller leads., • Conduct phone and in-person appointments with homeowners to solve their real estate problems., • Evaluate properties, run comps, and compute the Maximum Offer Amount (MOA)., • Present creative cash offers and negotiate purchase agreements to contract., • Manage and nurture your pipeline daily within our REsimpli CRM., • Coordinate smoothly with our title company partners to ensure seamless closings. POSITION REQUIREMENTS • Proven Sales Ability: Experience in off-market real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, inside sales, outside sales, or high-ticket consultative sales (in-home sales, door-to-door, or field sales is a major plus)., • Negotiation Skills: Comfortable having empathetic, consultative, and strategic conversations at a kitchen table or over the phone., • Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with ARV calculations, property underwriting, and equity analysis. (Prior experience as a Real Estate Agent, Account Executive, or Business Development rep is highly valued)., • Tech Literacy: Ability to work a CRM daily (experience with REsimpli or similar platforms is preferred, but we will train you)., • Mindset: Highly self-directed, accountable, and comfortable in a performance-based environment.
