Position Summary • Serve as the organizational anchor for daily operations, • Manage priorities, communication, scheduling, and cross-office coordination, • Support company initiatives and ensure operational consistency, • Work in a fast-paced environment with proactive, clear communication, • Manage the CEO’s schedule, calendar, and daily workflow, • Triage emails and communication, • Delegate tasks and track follow-up, • Maintain priorities and ensure deadlines are met, • Coordinate communication and operational needs across four office locations, • Maintain consistency in daily procedures and expectations, • Assist agents and staff with account setup, access, and basic tech needs, • Prepare agendas and meeting materials, • Take clear and detailed notes, • Document action items and track them to completion, • Capture photos and short videos for company initiatives, • Assist with marketing updates, captions, and internal content, • Learn to run CMAs and basic valuation reports, • 3+ years in an Executive Assistant or administrative support role, • Experience supporting senior leadership strongly preferred, • Real estate experience helpful but not requiredSkills, • Highly organized with strong time-management skills, • Clear written and verbal communication, • Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling sensitive information, • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems, • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationPreferred Qualifications, • Familiarity with CMAs, MLS systems, or CRM platforms, • Experience with social media or content creation, • Experience with Google Workspace, • Comfort with project management tools like Monday.com, • $60,000–$70,000 base salary, depending on experience, • Travel stipend, • Paid time off, • Growth opportunities in operations, marketing, and strategic supportWork Environment, • Full-time, on-site at Brooklyn office locations, • Weekly travel across Brooklyn and Staten Island, • Fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven workplace Why RE/MAX Edge This is your opportunity to join a respected brokerage where your work directly enhances the agent and client experience.
