Job DescriptionBilingual Benefits Specialist (Spanish) - Temporary | Remote LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail?oriented and customer?focused Bilingual Benefits Specialist to support employees during a major benefits transition to a new third?party administrator (TPA), Imagine 360. This temporary, fully remote role serves as a frontline resource for benefits inquiries, providing guidance in both English and Spanish to ensure employees receive clear, accurate, and timely support across phone, email, and chat. The specialist will assist with medical plan navigation, transition?of?care needs, provider searches, and troubleshooting claim concerns-supporting both executive?level employees and floor?level staff. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to manage a high volume of inquiries in a fast?paced environment. Location: Remote (U.S.) Compensation: $25/hr (W2) Employment Type: Temporary Assignment Schedule: Mon - Fri: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM PST (1 day of choice Half Day (4 hours; flexible) Saturday: 4 hours (schedule TBD - More on Call) Day?to?Day & Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries in both Spanish and English, • Provide high?quality phone, email, and chat support, • Phone: ~75% / Email: ~25% / Chat: As needed, • Assist employees with onboarding and navigating medical plan services through Imagine 360 (TPA), • Confirm employees have received their medical ID cards and understand how to use them, • Conduct provider searches to help employees locate in?network doctors and facilities, • Support transition?of?care needs for individuals moving from previous plans, • Monitor and troubleshoot claims processing issues to ensure accuracy and timely payment, • Resolve benefit?related concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency, • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to internal teams or benefits vendors, • Maintain accurate case documentation and follow?up notes, • Assist with reporting, administrative tasks, and special projects related to the benefits transition, • Support a population of 600+ employees, managing approximately 20-30 benefits cases per dayQualifications, • Fluency in Spanish and English-verbal and written (required), • Experience supporting employee benefits, healthcare navigation, or TPA environments (Imagine 360 experience preferred), • Strong customer service, communication, and problem?solving skills, • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails with consistent quality, • Experience working with:, • Customer service/call center environments, • HR systems and Microsoft Office, • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization, • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast?paced environment, • Professional handling of confidential and sensitive informationPay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour Search managed by: Jason Timothy Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
