About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Sr Project Manager to lead and deliver initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, and execution across Marketing, Product, and Sales teams. The Key Holder supports store management and their store team by delivering sales plans through effective execution of sales and operational tasks. Job Description All employees are lineworkers. As a lineworker you will be assigned to one of four areas based on the needs of the business: Production Duty, Front End Duty, Sales Floor Duty or Loading Dock Duty. The position we are hiring for is assigned to Production Duty. The Production Lineworker position will help process donated merchandise in the production room to be sold on the retail sales floor. This position will be trained to perform various jobs assigned to the production department. Some of the duties will include cleaning the sales floor, sorting merchandise, hanging merchandise, and stocking merchandise to replenish the sales floor.
