Key Responsibilities: Member Support: Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and navigating the Monument Address and resolve customer issues promptly and accurately, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Clinician Support: Provide technical assistance to clinicians using Monument Facilitate communication between clinicians and patients as needed. Assist with scheduling, documentation, and other administrative tasks. Technical Assistance: Support troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the Monument platform. Guide customers and clinicians through technical processes and procedures. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate department. Problem Solving: Identify common issues and trends, providing feedback to improve services. Collaborate with team members to develop solutions to recurring challenges. Maintain a thorough understanding of the telehealth platform and related technologies. Documentation and Reporting: Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system. Generate reports on customer service metrics and trends. Provide insights and recommendations based on customer feedback. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles. Strong understanding of telehealth services and related technologies a plus, but not required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software. Skills: Proficiency with Mac/PC, mobile devices, and technology platforms. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Empathy and patience in handling customer and clinician concerns. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Duties Include but not limited to: Collecting rent and other property fees from tenants. Dealing with property expenses, including taxes, insurance premiums and maintenance costs Reporting the property’s financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to bookkeeper Meeting potential tenants and putting together lease agreements. Inspecting properties and arranging for repairs and new materials as required Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations Customer service and interpersonal skills needed to meet with prospective and current tenants Prepare leases and renewals for our stabilized, fair market, and commercial tenants. Actively participate in the Collections process by regularly communicating with tenants as well as our attorney if needed Handle all violations and knowledge of DHCR, Rent Stabilization, and DOB, HPD, etc. Communicating with the Super and porter about upkeep and repairs Good verbal communication Attention to detail to ensure applications are accurate and tenant issues or questions are adequately addressed Organization and the ability to multitask efficiently Problem-solving to find effective solutions for a variety of potential issues Knowledge of rental contracts Knowledge of QuickBooks and General Bookkeeping Proficient in Excel, Word, Internet, ChatGPT Russian/English speaking a plus $25/hour to start with possible Full-time Job on location, no remote work

Position Summary: As a Line Leader, you will be an ambassador of Mighty Quinn’s BBQ. You will be an integral part of creating exciting and rewarding guest experiences through positive face-to-face interactions. You will report directly to the General Manager and work with other team members in a clean, safe, and respectful manner. You will be responsible for the general oversight of service on a day-to-day basis, as it relates to both food preparation and quality customer service. You will also assist other Front-of-House employees with all tasks necessary to execute successful service while upholding all company safety and food quality standards and procedures. *While Line Leaders are customarily our more experienced FOH employees, they do not directly supervise or manage any other FOH employees.
