Position Overview RTFNetwork is seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Mental Health Clinician to provide clinical leadership and oversight within the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC). Qualifications • Active LCSW-C in Maryland., • Approved or eligible to supervise LMSWs, LGPCs, LGADCs, and LCADCs., • Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited institution., • Minimum of 5 years of behavioral health clinical experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role., • Proven experience in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and co-occurring disorders., • Strong understanding of COMAR regulations, Joint Commission standards, and behavioral health documentation., • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills., • Commitment to trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive care.
