We’re looking for an HR Coordinator who has chosen Human Resources as their career path and is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. What You’ll Do As part of our People & Culture team, the P&C Coordinator helps shape every stage of the employee experience, from recruiting and onboarding to communication, engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. Because our headquarters operates separately from our spa locations, this person must be skilled at building trust and relationships without daily in-person connection. * Support job postings, candidate screening and interviews across 9 locations * Provide high quality, white glove service to our employees * Manage candidate communication and interview scheduling * Assist with new hire paperwork, onboarding and offboarding logistics * Manage HR system updates * Maintain employee files and HR data with accuracy and confidentiality * Contribute to projects that enhance HR processes and company culture * Help maintain compliance with HR policies, procedures, and documentation • Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, operating systems, company policies and procedures, and team member information.
