Required Education/Experience: • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ASN/BSN or higher), • Current Washington State RN License, or other current state license as required for employment., • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers is mandatory for all positions at the time of hire. Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, and Stabilization (PEARS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are acceptable substitutes for BLS. ACLS is not accepted as a substitute., • A copy of the highest level of academic achievement must be on record with Human Resources upon hire, or for personnel trained outside of the U.S., a documented equivalency evaluation by a foreign credentialing agency. Annual Salary : $87,360- $124,800 Salary Information: This compensation range is based on full-time employment (2080 hours per calendar year) and is influenced by factors such as equity, skills, experience, and expertise. Incentive Pay: Nursing Evolutions offers annual incentive pay based on performance, commensurate with the position level.
