Our client, a well-established leader in commercial roofing, waterproofing, and restoration services, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee complex roofing projects that demand excellence in safety, quality, and operational efficiency. What You'll Do Manage Large-Scale Roofing Projects • Oversee commercial roofing and waterproofing projects valued at $5M+, including hospitals, schools, government buildings, and multi-level facilities., • Implement and enforce OSHA, EM 385, and other site-specific safety protocols., • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and subcontractors for seamless project execution., • Conduct post-project evaluations, analyze metrics, and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost savings., • Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative solutions for complex building envelope challenges. What You Bring Experience • 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience., • Expertise in TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and metal roofing systems., • Proficiency with Procore, Edge Estimating, and Microsoft Office Suite., • Ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and maintain strong client relationships., • Experience managing projects in occupied facilities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Certifications & Education • OSHA 30/500 certification required (EM 385 or LEED certifications are a plus)., • High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
