Job Description The Maintenance Technician / Site Supervisor will be responsible for the daily upkeep, repair, and general oversight of multiple self serve / automatic car wash locations in Jacksonville & Orange Park FL. This is a boots-on-the-ground role for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and taking ownership of their work. Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, no nights or Sundays. Estimated 6 hours per day, but ultimately based on operational needs. Compensation: $21 - $26 per hour (based on experience) Key Responsibilities: • Travel to multiple locations daily (within 20 minutes of each other) to inspect and maintain equipment and facilities, • Perform routine maintenance on car wash systems, vacuums, plumbing, electrical components, and general infrastructure, • Troubleshoot and repair issues related to pumps, motors, hoses, valves, air compressors, and other mechanical components, • Monitor chemical usage and ensure all wash functions operate correctly, • Identify and complete minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, or electrical improvements as needed, • Communicate with management on larger issues, repair needs, or parts/equipment purchases, • Ensure each site is clean, safe, and functioning properly before leaving, • Occasionally assist with wash bay cleanouts or other site upkeep as needed Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required, • 2+ years of experience in a maintenance, repair, mechanical, or facilities role preferred, • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting, • Ability to work independently and manage your time across multiple locations, • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors, and perform physically active tasks, • Strong attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and good communication skills, • Previous experience with car wash equipment
