The Role We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist who lives in the numbers but understands the bigger picture. This role is for someone who can both execute and think strategically—someone who knows how to build, manage, and optimize campaigns and explain why the data matters. You’ll own paid media execution across platforms, work closely with strategy and creative teams, and help ensure our clients’ ad spend actually drives growth. This isn’t a “set it and forget it” role—we need someone who tests aggressively, learns fast, and takes accountability for performance. What You’ll Do Campaign Execution & Optimization • Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms, • Monitor performance daily and optimize budgets, targeting, creative, and bidding strategies, • Own pacing, performance, and efficiency—no surprises at the end of the month Performance Analysis & Reporting • Analyze campaign data to surface insights, trends, and opportunities, • Translate performance metrics into clear takeaways for internal teams and clients, • Identify what’s working, what’s not, and what we should test next Creative & Strategy Collaboration • Work closely with creative and content teams to brief, iterate, and improve ad creative, • Provide clear feedback based on performance data—not opinions, • Support strategic planning with channel-specific insights and recommendations Testing & Growth Mindset • Design and execute structured testing plans (creative, audiences, offers, funnels), • Stay current on platform changes, best practices, and emerging opportunities, • Proactively suggest improvements and new ideas, not just react to problems Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with account managers, performance leads, and web teams to support integrated campaigns, • Ensure paid media aligns with broader brand and growth objectives Who You Are • 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (agency experience preferred), • Comfortable owning accounts and being accountable to performance, • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action, • Understands the relationship between creative, targeting, and conversion—not just dashboards, • Clear communicator who can explain results without jargon or excuses, • Experience with health, wellness, e-commerce, or DTC brands (bonus), • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, boutique agency environment, • Ego-free, curious, and always looking for ways to get better What Success Looks Like • Campaigns are well-structured, actively optimized, and improving month over month, • Clients understand where their ad dollars are going and why, • Creative testing is consistent and informed by performance data, • Budgets are paced correctly and performance issues are flagged early, • The team trusts your insights and relies on you for paid media expertiseCompany DescriptionRyze is a full-service agency that provides clients with communications planning and buying across traditional and emerging channels, including digital, social, and mobile.
