Job Description Marketing Manager (In-Office) Polaris Estate Planning Elder Law St. Charles, MO Help Lead Marketing for a Growing Professional Firm Polaris Estate Planning & Elder Law is looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive the next phase of growth for our firm. We are an established and expanding estate planning and elder law firm serving families throughout the St. Louis and St. Charles region. Our mission is simple: Help families make wise legal decisions before a crisis forces them to. Our marketing foundation is already in place. We currently work with: • A fractional Chief Marketing Officer, • An in-house Marketing Coordinator, • Established SEO and website infrastructure, • Educational seminars and workshops, • Video and content marketing initiatives, • A steady flow of client inquiries What we need now is a strong marketing operator and team leader who can bring structure, organization, and execution power to our marketing systems. If you enjoy running campaigns, improving marketing systems, and seeing measurable results from your work, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact inside a growing professional firm. Compensation • Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 (based on experience), • Performance Bonuses available., • Total Compensation Potential: $70,000 – $85,000, • Bonuses are tied to measurable marketing execution, campaign performance, and marketing system improvements. You will work directly with leadership and our Chief Marketing Officer to execute campaigns, manage marketing systems, and oversee the firm’s marketing coordinator. Your responsibilities will include: Marketing Campaign Execution • Execute marketing initiatives developed with leadership and the CMO, • Coordinate campaigns across digital, email, seminars, and referral channels, • Maintain website accuracy and brand consistency, • Support SEO-driven content marketing initiatives, • Assist with email marketing campaigns and automation, • Maintain consistency of the Polaris brand across all materials, • Oversee creation of seminar materials, presentations, and handouts, • Help coordinate educational video marketing initiatives, • Maintain consistency in messaging and brand presentation, • Maintain marketing workflows and automation systems, • Support lead tracking and reporting, • Monitor marketing campaign performance, • Maintain marketing dashboards and reporting, • Supervise and guide the In-House Marketing Coordinator, • Ensure marketing initiatives are executed consistently and professionally Ideal candidates will have: • 2–5 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house), • Experience coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, • Strong organizational and project management skills, • Experience creating or coordinating professional marketing materials, • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and email marketing platforms, • Experience with CRM platforms such as Lawmatics, • Basic video editing or video coordination experience, • Experience working within established brand guidelines, • Marketing experience in professional services (law, finance, healthcare)About Company Polaris Estate Planning & Elder Law is a mission-driven law firm dedicated to helping families protect what they’ve built and prepare for life’s most important transitions with clarity and confidence.
