Job Description Join Our Team as Marketing Lead-Tea at TCP-USA! TCP-USA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Lead- Tea to join our Integrated Marketing function in a full-time, salaried role based in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey. This position plays a pivotal role in strengthening and accelerating our core business. In this role you will leads strategy, positioning, and business performance – both in market and P&L – for the US portfolio of tea brands. This role is accountable for portfolio strategy, brand equity building, innovation leadership, and global alignment—while driving omnichannel growth, including a strong focus on e-commerce acceleration. This role partners closely with cross functional teams—including International Innovation, Sales, R&D, Finance, Digital, and Supply Chain. Portfolio and Brand Management • Lead annual strategic planning and business reviews, integrating consumer insights, competitive analysis, and financial performance., • Own the end‑to‑end strategy and performance for a multi‑brand tea portfolio, ensuring clear brand roles, differentiated positioning, and sustainable growth plans., • Manage the health and long-term equity of each tea brand – balancing investment, innovation, and market prioritization across the portfolio., • Lead the development of integrated brand marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Ensure consistent expression of brand identity across packaging, comms, visual identity, and storytelling. E-Commerce Strategy & Leadership • Own the e-commerce growth agenda for the tea portfolio across direct-to-consumer, marketplaces (e.g., Amazon), retailer.com, and quick commerce partners., • Partner with digital commerce teams to lead the e-commerce strategy through execution then optimization: product detail pages, brand stores, search strategy, ratings & reviews, content development, and performance analytics., • Lead e-commerce portfolio innovation and digital first activation plans, ensuring brands are positioned for success in high-growth online channels. Cross-functional Leadership • Build strong cross-market relationships to serve as a central point of connection between international innovation team and US in market execution teams to drive US innovation and portfolio optimization while ensuring communication flows both ways., • Lead and mentor associate brand manager to build marketing capability within the team and readiness for promotion., • Collaborate with Sales teams to develop retail strategies, customer presentations, shopper marketing initiatives, and in market activations., • Partner with Supply Chain on demand planning, product and packaging development timelines, and product lifecycle management., • Manage agency partners (creative, media, research) to deliver high impact, insight driven work. Business Management & Performance Analytics • Own the brand P&L, including revenue forecasting, product mix strategy, and budget management, • Analyze market data, syndicated research, and business performance metrics to influence strategic decisions. What are the Critical success factors for the Role? • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred), • 5-8 years’ of experience in brand management (portfolio management preferred), • Demonstrated success in managing brand P&L’s, • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies, • Experience collaborating and influencing in a matrixed, global organization., • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills., • Demonstrated capability in e-commerce, digital marketing, or omnichannel strategy., • People management, • Experience managing external agency partners What are the Desirable success factors for the Role? • Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership, • Good understand of the retail landscape with the ability to collaborate with and influence the Sales organization, • Familiarity with consumer goods industry, specifically food and beverages, including its challenges and opportunities Total Target Compensation Hiring Range: 140,000 USD to 160,000 USD per year The Total Target Compensation (TTC) at the time of hiring represents the pay range applicable upon commencement of employment. This range is effective from your hire date to March 31, 2027, and comprises both base pay and bonus pay. For further details regarding pay, please consult with your recruiter. Final compensation for each employee will be determined based on various factors, including—but not limited to—geographical location, knowledge, skills and abilities, relevant experience, and educational background. In addition to the Total Target Compensation, as part of Tata Consumer Products U.S. Inc., this position is eligible for our comprehensive employee benefits program.
