Job Description We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to expand a national healthcare real estate portfolio. This role will focus on identifying, developing, and executing new partnership opportunities with health systems, hospitals, and large private practice organizations across the U.S. Business Development Manager Responsibilities: • Lead nationwide business development efforts targeting healthcare systems and provider groups., • Build and manage a robust pipeline of strategic real estate partnerships., • Cultivate executive-level relationships to uncover opportunities and deliver creative real estate solutions., • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, real estate, and project development) to structure and close deals., • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to guide growth strategies., • Represent at industry conferences, trade shows, and key networking events., • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred., • 5+ years’ experience in business development, strategy, or sales within healthcare, real estate, or related industries., • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and provider strategy., • Demonstrated success originating and closing complex deals., • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills., • Competitive base salary, with incentive opportunities, • Health and dental options
