Here’s what you need to know about this position: Location: Remote, LATAM Engagement Type: Full-Time The Work (What you’ll be doing & Your Impact) • Own the end-to-end Salesforce release lifecycle at a publicly traded company where Salesforce is a SOX-in-scope system, sitting at the intersection of engineering, compliance, and business operations., • Design and enforce change management processes that satisfy SOX ITGC requirements using modern DevOps tooling, working closely with Salesforce Engineering, Revenue Operations, and InfoSec., • Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Copado and Salesforce DX / SF CLI, coordinating release windows, go/no-go decisions, and complete pre/post deployment validation documentation., • Own the evidence package for SOX and SOC 2 Type II audits, ensuring all production deployments trace back to approved change records and business requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for auditor inquiries, finding remediation, and root cause analysis after incidents or failed deployments., • Maintain and enforce branch protection rules and deployment gate policies that prevent unauthorized changes from reaching production, and own the Change Management policy for the Salesforce platform., • Own the Salesforce sandbox strategy, metadata version control, and configuration drift monitoring, with release planning coverage for connected integrations including SAP and Snowflake., • 5+ years in Salesforce administration, development, or DevOps, with at least 2 years in release management or DevOps engineering., • Demonstrated experience implementing or operating Salesforce change management in a SOX-compliant environment at a publicly traded company., • Hands-on proficiency with at least one Salesforce DevOps platform: Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or equivalent., • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce metadata, packaging (unlocked or managed), and deployment validation., • Experience with GitHub or GitLab source control workflows, including branch protection rules, pull request requirements, and merge strategies., • Solid understanding of SOX ITGC control categories (access management, change management, computer operations) as they apply to Salesforce., • Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, or DevOps Center., • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, or Sales Cloud in a revenue-reporting context., • Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II audit processes and ITGC control testing methodologies., • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or Snowflake in the context of integration release management., • We pay in USD through our platform that allows you to convert, allocate and disburse your salary as you want and into almost any currency that you choose, • Paid company holidays, • Medical, safety, and wellness benefits, • Technology benefits, • Business English language classes EQUALS TRUE is open to all qualified candidates.
