Job Description Accurate Group, an Industry leader in technology-driven appraisal management and title services is seeking a dynamic AVP, Sales Operation. The Assistant Vice President, Sales Operations is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for architecting and executing the strategies, and processes that enable the sales organization to operate at peak performance. This role provides strategic oversight of sales operations, drives operational excellence, and ensures the alignment of sales support resources with broader business objectives. The AVP partners closely with senior sales leadership to optimize productivity, accelerate sales cycles, and enhance overall revenue performance. By delivering the analytics, tools, and insights necessary for data-driven decision-making, the AVP, Sales Operations plays a critical role in scaling the business, improving sales effectiveness, efficiency, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • RFP Management:, • Develop timely and sales focused responses to RFI and RFP requests, • Lead the coordination, drafting, and completion of RFP responses in collaboration with internal stakeholders., • Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and differentiators to craft compelling, competitive responses., • Maintain a library of standardized RFP responses and ensure content is regularly updated., • Liaison with General Counsel to manage client agreement life cycle, including pricing, • Due Diligence Assessment Fulfillment:, • Coordinate and fulfill compliance, regulatory, and operational client due diligence assessment requests accurately and timely. CISO has similar responsibility for technology, data and information security assessments., • Collaborate with sales, legal, compliance, operations, and subject matter experts to develop responses and gather necessary documentation., • Track and report on assessment request outcomes and feedback for continuous improvement., • Contracting Process Management:, • Partner with the Legal and Sales teams to ensure that contracts move swiftly and efficiently through the review and approval processes., • Monitor and escalate potential bottlenecks to maintain momentum and meet client deadlines., • Monitor, review, rewrite, and obtain approval of contract terms and conditions, • Maintain records of contracts, amendments, and related documentation for easy retrieval., • Enter executed contracts and update Sales Force supporting the annual review process and SOC II compliance, • Cross-Functional Collaboration:, • Serve as the central point of communication between Sales, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Executive teams for RFPs, due diligence assessments, and contracts., • Drive continuous process improvements to optimize sales operations workflows and improve win rates., • Sales Support & Administration:, • Serve as the primary support function for the National Sales team, • Develop and maintain sales enablement tools, templates, and content libraries to increase sales productivity., • Bachelor’s degree is required, • More than 5 years’ experience in related field and/or training, • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints., • Proven experience in an executive management role or other high level leadership position., • Experience in developing strategies and plans to increase sales potential, • Strong understanding of corporate measures of performance., • An analytical mindset capable for “out of the box” thinking to solve problems, • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors., • Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis, • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
