Position: New Vehicle Sales Consultant As a New or Used Car Sales Consultant at Gillman, you will play a key role in enhancing our clients' purchase and ownership experiences by delivering exceptional service. We are seeking qualified candidates who share our passion for outstanding customer service and are driven to exceed minimum standards. Compensation: • Commission structure based on Front End Gross, Back End Gross, and Unit Bonuses, • Actively prospect for new clients, • Be accountable for departmental performance standards, including "Customer Service Index," "Gross Average," and vehicles sold, • Demonstrate expertise in products, market trends, and certifications, • Review, update, and manage inventory reports daily, • Take ownership of the entire sales process, from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery, • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, • Sales experience, education, and training are a plus, • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass pre-employment screening, including MVR, drug test, and criminal background check, • The employee may be required to talk or hear, stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms, • Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds may be necessary, • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, • 401(k) with company match, • Paid vacation, • Employee discounts, • Drug-free work environment
