Job DescriptionMy Next Career Path Staffing - With over 20 years’ experience in Technology Staffing, MNCP Staffing matches candidates to the culture of an organization as well as required skill sets.Summary: Provide technical backup for the client servicing and production staff, to support the production of new business and retention of current clients.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist other marketing and sales staff in obtaining market information and research., • Document renewal, sales, and insurance operations compliance documents into the agency management database., • Prepare utilization, stop loss, benchmarking, pharmacy rebating and other similar reports as requested., • Establish, cultivate and manage relations with carriers, vendors, and clients., • Evaluate all proposals and prepare the Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”), as needed., • Respond to client questions and maintain appropriate correspondence files., • Provide documentation and guidance to clients regarding group medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, and FSA programs, COBRA, Healthcare Reform, Federal and NJ State Mandates, and other related employee benefit topics, as requested., • Assist in the review of internal compliance and client disclosure requirements, summary plan documents (SPD's) and employee communications to ensure alignment with client expectations and legal requirements., • Assist in client specific projects as assigned, including but not limited to implementation of a carrier transition, dependent verification audits, billing reconciliation, wellness initiatives, compensation statements, enrollment processing, and consultant invoicing., • Promote teamwork, support, knowledge sharing and a positive attitude in the department and office., • Promote a commitment to achieve or exceed internal and external performance standards., • Participate in client meetings, as needed., • Follow agency guidelines, policies and procedures; including professional development and continuing education required for valid licensing., • Participate in training opportunities to remain current on industry information, new product development, legislation, coverages, and technology., • All other duties as assigned.Competencies:, • Resilience – Steps up to tackle tough assignments., • Drives Results – Consistently achieve results through meeting timeframes., • Instills Trust – Gains the confidence & trust of others through honesty, integrity & authenticity., • Customer Focused – Builds strong relationships and delivers customer centric solutions., • Drives Engagement – Helps create a positive and engaging work environment., • Cultivates Innovation – Creates new and better ways for internal processes., • Attracts & Develops Talent – Refer top talent and set a positive example for potential new hires., • Decision Quality – Make good and timely decisions that drive efficient workflows., • Communicates Effectively – Delivers communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences., • Mentorship – Support the growth and development of others through teamwork and knowledge sharing.Requirements and Qualifications:, • Current Life, Accident and Health NV Producer License or willingness to obtain within 120 days of employment., • Working knowledge in employee benefit insurance coverages and contracts., • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher., • Able to manipulate large volumes of data as well as create, edit, and merge letters, spreadsheets, labels, etc., • Proficient knowledge use of office equipment (including but not limited to copy machines, printers, faxes, binding machine, etc.)PreferredCollege Degree in a business-related field. Physical Requirements Necessary on a Regular Basis:, • Ability to perform 70% sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and exert negligible force frequently; may be asked to exert up to 20 pounds of force periodically, as needed., • Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor., • Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone on a constant basis, 7-8 hour per day., • Speech and hearing sufficient for phone and in-person communication., • Physical efforts include repetitive small motor activity, grasping, verbally communicating detailed and important information to others quickly and accurately, stooping, reaching, standing, lifting light objects less than 10 pounds frequently, and climbing occasionally.Please contact MNCP Staffing for more details at 702-268-9781
