This position requires a positive attitude and a willingness to provide world class service to customers dealing with painful losses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and promoting our services across a designated region. You will work closely with prospective clients, including commercial and residential to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions. As a Regional Sales Rep, you will be an ambassador for our brand, ensuring our services are recognized as the go-to solution for all restoration needs. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key referral partners, including insurance adjusters, property managers, restoration contractors, and business owners., • Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events., • Conduct client meetings and presentations to educate potential customers on our content restoration services and value proposition., • Collaborate closely with internal teams, adjusters, and homeowners to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction., • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals within the assigned territory., • Working in accordance with defined company processes and procedures and other regulatory requirements., • Ability to accurately scope a job including textiles, electronics, art and contents., • Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions using CRM software., • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications & Requirements:, • Experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferred), • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills., • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to manage a regional sales territory., • Familiarity with the insurance claims process is a plus., • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication tools (preferred), • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the region.Why Join Us?, • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential., • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off., • Opportunities for career growth and professional development., • Be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to helping people restore what matters most.
