Here’s why this is your next move: • Unleash Your Earning Potential (with Uncapped Commission): We’ve designed a compensation plan for a top sales hunter, and we never cap your success., • Base: $100,000 - $130,000 (based on experience), • Year 1 OTE: $160,000 - $200,000 (with a 6-month ramp), • Year 2 OTE: $280,000 - $350,000, • Year 3 OTE: $370,000 - $450,000, • A True Hunter's Dream: No Territory, No Red Tape: This isn't a "territory." This is a "world." You have no territory restrictions, no assigned verticals holding you back. You are free to hunt worldwide. Our rule of engagement is simple: If you have the "in," you run the deal., • Focus on Selling, Not Admin: We want you closing deals, not managing data. You will be supported by a dedicated admin/sales support team member who assists with pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and other administrative tasks., • 3-5+ years of total outside enterprise software sales experience in the contact center space., • 3-5 recent years (minimum) as a top-performing sales hunter for a major contact center SaaS or leading AI contact center technology company., • Proven BPO sales experience, demonstrating a dual understanding of both the technology and labor sides of the contact center. Your mission is to acquire new enterprise clients by leveraging your network and expertise to solve complex CX challenges. • Own the Hunt: You will strategically prospect and build your pipeline from the ground up, calling on your Referral and C-suite "rolodex" of CX, Customer Care, Operations, Finance, and Technology leaders., • Be the Consultant: You'll lead a complex, consultative sales cycle, using your deep knowledge of CCaaS, AI, and BPO to anticipate client needs, build partnerships, and position the perfect multi-faceted solution., • Command the C-Suite: You will be the face of our advisory practice, leading executive briefings, solution demos (with support), and high-value negotiations in multi-stakeholder environments. We're building something great, and we're doing it the right way., • A Proven Enterprise Technology Hunter: You have 5+ years of outside enterprise software sales experience in the contact center space, with at least the last 3-5 years as a top-performing hunter for a major contact center SaaS or leading AI tech company., • The "Dual-Threat" Expert: You have past BPO sales experience. You understand the landscape of call centers from both the technology and the BPO labor side. You are 75% tech-focused but 100% landscape-aware., • A C-Suite Advisor: You have a proven track record of selling to the C-suite (COO, CFO, CTO) and VPs (CX, Customer Care). You possess exceptional verbal/written skills, as well as a superior professional presence., • A Consultative Seller: You are "customer-obsessed" with superior active listening skills, excellent objection handling, and a passion for long-game, complex sales cycles., • A Strategic Thinker: You are a "thoughtful negotiator" and a "strategic thought leader" who is adaptable, organized, and thrives on being the ultimate team player and motivator.
