Project Manager POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a professional project manager to act as the main operations point of contact for customers in data center construction. This role interacts with solutions providers for freight, mission-critical gear, crane and rigging, and supply chain in data center construction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders (OEM, Client, Third Party, and BPSC) exemplifying servant leadership, • Communicating clearly frequently, and honestly, • Milestones, change orders, and Weekly and daily tasks and updates, • Take full ownership of ensuring Customer product is safely, and efficiently loaded, transported, stored, handled, and set, • Plan Project after sales to PM handoff, • Conduct Customer kickoff meetings with all relevant materials, • Establish meeting cadences to review key metrics to measure and benchmark, and communicate, • Ensure Service Providers are upholding quality service, utilizing BPSC scorecards to assess current performance, and developing improvement plans that reconcile performance and expectations, • Plan Project after sales to PM handoff, • Conduct service provider kickoff meetings with all relevant materials, • Establish meeting cadences to review key metrics to measure and benchmark, and communicate, • Earn the trust of key customers and develop a strategy to ensure a comprehensive and unified approach to meeting program needs, • Establish quarterly strategic meetings with stakeholders regarding the program milestones and metrics performance, • Travel to various sites to ensure BPSC quality services and agreements are being upheld, • Initial kickoff, various times throughout the project, and to conduct reviews, • Maximize program growth by upselling services and additional value adds when necessary, • Ability to provide methods, systems, best practices through industry experience to increase value, • Managing, updating, maintaining, and tracking all the necessary project data in house software., • Ability to operate within our systems and tools to be proactive for our customers programs success., • Develop processes that provide structure to scale program teams and operational efforts, • Utilize the team and systems to push continuous improvement and best-case scenarios for our customers, • Develop and train program coordinator team(s) through mentorship, coaching, feedback, and check-ins High level of intention and detail to develop our team displaying and exemplifying servant leadership BluePrint Offers: • Competitive salary, • Bonus program that pays for performance, • 401(k), • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, • Vacation and Holiday Pay, • Disability Insurance, • Life Insurance Education and Experience • Bachelor’s Degree in, Business, or Supply Chain Management, • 3-5+ years of Project Management experience required, • Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain management is preferred EOE/AA Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran
