Job Description Job Overview A premium medical spa in a major Rocky Mountain metro area is seeking an experienced Master Esthetician to help build, standardize, and elevate a K-Beauty–inspired aesthetics program. This is an on-site role, and qualified out-of-state candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Relocation support is available for the right candidate. In this high-impact role, you will deliver exceptional, results-driven esthetic services differentiated by Korean-trained techniques, while also helping develop advanced treatment protocols and elevate provider training and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with leadership and international partners to help build a truly differentiated K-Beauty aesthetics platform within a growth-oriented medical spa environment. Why This Role Is Unique • Opportunity to help shape and standardize a K-Beauty aesthetics program in the U.S., • Blend of hands-on clinical work + protocol development + mentorship, • Exposure to advanced devices, medical-grade skincare, and international best practices, • Perform a full range of advanced esthetic services, including customized facials, advanced skin treatments, energy-based devices, and laser procedures (as licensed), • Deliver consultative, results-focused client experiences emphasizing education and long-term skin health, • Apply K-Beauty–inspired techniques, including multi-step facials, advanced skin prep, layering methodologies, and treatment sequencing, • Support the development, documentation, and standardization of K-Beauty treatment protocols to ensure consistency and quality, • Train and mentor other estheticians on Korean skincare techniques, service flow, and treatment execution (formal classroom teaching not required), • Provide hands-on coaching and feedback to support skill development and protocol adherence, • Collaborate with leadership to refine service offerings, introduce new treatments, and elevate clinical standards, • Contribute to relationships with overseas Korean med spa partners, supporting knowledge transfer and technique adoption, • Drive revenue through effective consultations, treatment planning, memberships, and retail skincare sales, • Maintain compliance with state regulations, infection control standards, and company policies, • Support social media and marketing initiatives by showcasing treatments, outcomes, and client success stories, • Active Master Esthetician license (support provided for obtaining a local state license upon relocation), • 3+ years of experience performing aesthetics services (facials, lasers, advanced technology skincare devices, • Strong experience with advanced facials, energy-based devices, and medical-grade treatments, • Bilingual Korean-English preferred, • Deep knowledge of K-Beauty trends, skincare routines, and application techniques, • Experience mentoring or supporting other providers preferred, • Competitive compensation based on experience, • Tips + performance-based incentives, • Relocation assistance available To protect the integrity of our expansion, the company name and exact location will be shared later in the interview process.
