Officers must be willing to work at least three (3) shifts, 20 hours per week to maintain compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to security alerts, incidents, and emergencies as required., • Conduct periodic patrols of designated areas to deter unauthorized activities., • Monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras and access controls., • Investigate disturbances and take appropriate action based on company protocol., • Aid employees, clients, and visitors in security matters., • Prepare and submit detailed reports on security incidents and observations., • Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary., • Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures., • High school diploma or equivalent., • Valid PERC and FOID card REQUIRED., • Additional credentials such as 20HR Armed and Unarmed Training., • Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred., • Ability to remain alert and respond swiftly to security concerns., • Strong communication and de-escalation skills., • Excellent customer service skills., • Physical ability to patrol, stand, and respond to emergencies., • Familiarity with security protocols and emergency response procedures., • Must be available for on-call shifts and able to report to duty promptly., • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. · Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
