Job Description Pegasus Technologies is seeking a full‐time Senior Systems Administrator with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Intune to lead and support modern cloud‐based infrastructure and endpoint management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience administering and optimizing Microsoft environments, including Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 R2/2016/2019, Microsoft 365, and advanced Azure cloud services. Experience with Azure AD Premium features, Intune device compliance and configuration policies, conditional access, and cloud automation is essential. Familiarity with AWS or Oracle cloud platforms is a plus. This role includes supporting a development and engineering‐focused environment and delivering high‐quality technical support from the Exton, PA location. Responsibilities: • Monitor and respond to client inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and onsite engagements, • Support professional office users and an engineering/development team with cloud‐centric solutions, • Handle escalated support issues, especially those related to Azure identity, security, and Intune device management, • Maintain clear, detailed documentation on client environments, Azure resources, Intune configurations, and support actions, • Provide project design, cloud architectural guidance, and advanced technical sales support, • Lead and support Azure‐based and hybrid implementations, migrations, and modernization initiatives, • Ensure productivity metrics and service delivery standards remain consistently high, • Collaborate with leadership and technical team members to align cloud governance and operational processes, • Manage, optimize, and secure Windows Servers and workloads in hybrid Azure/Hyper‐V environments, • Enhance and maintain Active Directory and Azure Active Directory infrastructures, • Strengthen and support networking components, including hybrid VPN, Azure VPN Gateway, and secure WAN configurations, • Administer and mature Intune MDM/MAM deployments, including compliance policies, application deployment, and device baselines, • Automate Azure and Intune tasks using PowerShell, Azure Automation, and scripting technologies, • Perform cloud and on‐prem maintenance across 250+ virtual and physical servers and associated service stacks, • Windows command line, PowerShell, and cloud automation scripting, • Administration of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 in hybrid environments, • Deep Azure AD/Entra ID administration, including MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, and identity governance, • Advanced Intune administration (MDM/MAM), device enrollment, compliance, app deployment, and security baselines, • Group Policy management and migration strategy toward cloud‐based configuration profiles, • TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall configuration, • Experience with modern threat protection, endpoint security, and cloud‐based malware/spyware defense, • Microsoft 365 and Azure service deployment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams, • Batch, PowerShell, Intune automation scripts, and Azure CLI, • NTFS/share permissions management and enterprise security group governance, • Hyper‐V and/or VMware administration, • Strong hardware and systems diagnostics skills, • Azure IaaS, PaaS, and cloud resource management experience; AWS/Oracle cloud familiarity a plus, • Ability to troubleshoot complex cloud and hybrid issues using a structured, analytical approach, • Adherence to processes including documentation standards, scheduling, and accurate time tracking, • Strong curiosity for evolving Microsoft cloud technologies and eagerness to expand cloud expertise, • Commitment to customer satisfaction and high‐quality service delivery, • Ability to interpret Azure logs, Intune audit data, and advanced diagnostic information quickly, • Ability to locate, analyze, and apply technical documentation and Microsoft knowledge resources, • Strong understanding of cloud security principles and data protection standards, • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a technical team, • Clear and effective communication with users, technical teams, and leadership, • Maintain consistently high customer satisfaction ratings, • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a functioning cell phone Company DescriptionPegasus endeavors to be the people-focused IT department for organizations that do not have their own internal IT department.
