Job Description Service Location: Wilmington, NC and surrounding areas Schedule: Part-Time, Approx. 15 Hours Per Week Availability: At Least 3 Weekdays Between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: $20-$30 per hour equivalent + $0.50/mile reimbursement Paid Training | Company Equipment Provided | Growth Opportunities ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring a dependable, professional, and people-focused team member to join our growing real estate media company serving Wilmington and nearby communities. No prior real estate photography experience required. If you enjoy driving locally, meeting new people, and learning creative skills in a hands-on environment, this could be a great fit. We provide paid training and clear systems. What matters most is reliability, professionalism, and how you show up for clients. This is a field-based role where you’ll work independently and represent the company in clients’ homes. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled appointments, • Capture interior and exterior photos using a structured shot list, • Provide floor plans and 3D tours, • Represent the brand professionally with agents and homeowners, • Upload media files after each shoot (no editing required), • Grow into drone and video services over time SCHEDULE • Approximately 15 hours per week, • Must be available at least 3 weekdays between 9 AM - 5 PM, • Work volume varies by season and booking demand COMPENSATION • Paid training at $15/hour, • Standard shoots average approximately $20 per scheduled hour on-site, • $25 per scheduled hour once FAA drone certified, • $30 per scheduled hour once video qualified, • $0.50 per mile mileage reimbursement Compensation increases as you gain certifications and additional service skills. PREFERRED LOCATION Candidates based on the north side of Wilmington are ideal, including Porters Neck, Hampstead, Castle Hayne, Leland, and surrounding areas. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Professional, relationship-driven communicator, • Positive attitude and emotional maturity, • Strong attention to detail, • Organized and comfortable following checklists, • Reliable vehicle and comfort driving locally, • Reliable internet at home for file uploads, • Modern smartphone for scheduling and communication Photography experience is a plus, but not required.
