Our challenge We are looking for a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep platform expertise, advanced scripting skills, and hands-on experience with CMDB, CSDM, and BCM (Business Continuity Management). candidate will be responsible for architecting and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise service management, IT operations, and business continuity planning. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow modules and custom applications using JavaScript, Glide API, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Business Rules., • Lead the implementation and maintenance of CMDB, ensuring complete and accurate configuration item (CI) data and relationships., • Align CMDB data and services to the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and drive adoption across business and IT units., • Architect, configure, and enhance Business Continuity Management (BCM) processes in ServiceNow, including risk assessments, impact analysis, continuity plans, and testing., • Collaborate with risk, compliance, and continuity teams to ensure BCM data models and workflows align with organizational resilience goals., • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and data sources using REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers., • Drive data integrity, governance, and normalization strategies across CMDB and BCM data sets., • Guide junior developers through code reviews, architecture discussions, and platform best practices., • Support platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning., • Develop dashboards, reports, and executive-level views for CMDB, CSDM, and BCM .
