Job DescriptionSummary The selected individual will be responsible for leading various civil-site engineering and site planning tasks, including but not limited to jurisdictional zoning code research and interpretation, spatial infrastructure layout, grading plans, roadway plan and profile, utility layout and coordination, and erosion control typically associated with telecommunication, renewable energy, and small commercial (data center, fiber huts, etc.) site development plans. The ability to manage multiple projects from feasibility assessment through the issuance of a building permit, including correspondence with subcontractors, governing agencies, and client representatives is required.
