In this role, you will deliver customized, high-quality massage services designed to support guest wellness, relaxation, and recovery. The ideal candidate is passionate about the wellness industry, holds an active Indiana license or certification, and is committed to providing an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience • Conduct thorough consultations using Blondies standardized consultation framework, • Create personalized treatment plans based on client needs and preferences, • Educate guests on products and services to support ongoing wellness, • Document guest preferences, products used, and recommended follow-up treatments, • Encourage return visits through personalized recommendations and follow-up communication, • With guest permission, capture service photos for marketing and engagement, • Participate in guest relationship-building initiatives such as thank-you notes, check-in calls, and seasonal gifts, • Use internal systems and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality guest service Goal Setting & Performance Tracking • Attend monthly one-on-one coaching sessions with spa leadership, • Submit a coaching reflection form one week prior to each session, • Track daily service performance and align with team-wide goals Continued Education & Growth • Attend all paid education sessions provided by Blondies, • Proactively seek additional educational opportunities to refine technique and expand services, • Use downtime to review product and ingredient knowledge, • Participate in team-based learning and collaborative professional development Cleanliness & Sanitation • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized workstation at all times, • Restock all supplies needed for services and transport laundry to designated areas daily, • Ensure all common areas remain neat, professional, and guest-ready Marketing & Business Development • Maintain a professional social media presence showcasing your services and specialty, • Share relevant photos and content a minimum of twice per week, • Participate in business-building efforts, marketing campaigns, and salon/spa events Compensation & Benefits • Earnings Structure: 40% service commission or hourly rate, whichever is higher; 10% retail commission; plus tips, • At-cost salon/spa services for employees, • No booth rent or product feesall tools and backbar products are provided at no cost, • Paid time off (PTO) for eligible employees, • Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance, • Paid continuing education to expand services and increase income potential, • Ongoing mentorship and quarterly performance reviews with salon leadership, • Comprehensive marketing support, including monthly advertising and a front desk team that actively books and manages clients for you, • Full administrative support, including scheduling, rescheduling, checkouts, and communication, • Phorest software for managing guest records, online bookings, and professional communicationwithout needing to share personal contact information, • Business and tax support to help with financial management and planning, • High-end salon environment that attracts clientele who value quality service and tip accordingly All team members are expected to maintain a sophisticated business casual appearance and uphold exceptional standards of personal care and hygiene. Minimum Qualifications • Current Indiana Massage Therapy License or Certification, • Strong communication skills and client rapport, • Ability to recommend services and home care products with confidence, • Excellent time management and reliability, • Commitment to continued growth, collaboration, and professional conduct Level System & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Blondies operates on a structured level system with quarterly opportunities to level up based on performance. Quarterly reviews assess individual responsibilities, performance goals, and professional development. Key KPIs include: • Average Service Ticket, • Average Retail Ticket, • Prebook Percentage, • New Client Retention, • Existing Client Retention
