In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging content across multiple brands, including traditional marketing materials, digital assets, and user experience (UX) designs. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure our visual communications align with our brand strategies and objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality graphics for a variety of platforms, including print (brochures, flyers, signage) and digital (social media, website banners, email marketing)., • Brand Development: Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all visual assets for our multiple brands., • UX/UI Design: Collaborate with the web development team to create user-friendly and visually appealing website interfaces that improve the overall user experience., • Creative Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to understand their needs and translate concepts into effective visual communication., • Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to ensure our designs are modern and relevant., • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality. Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field., • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a franchise or multi-brand environment., • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)., • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including traditional and digital content., • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout., • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams., • Detail-oriented, creative, and able to think outside the box.
