We are looking for a hands-on, driven Agronomy Technician to lead the development of our soybean production network through seed sales and grain procurement. This is a field-first, relationship-driven role with direct impact on company growth. You will be at the heart of our operations, working directly with farmers to expand acreage, improve quality, and secure grain supply. ● Promote and sell soybean seed varieties to farmers ● Build and grow a strong customer base ● Negotiate seed programs and acreage commitments ● Source and secure soybean production from growers ● Negotiate grain purchase agreements ● Recommend and execute pricing strategies within company guidelines ● Develop long-term partnerships with producers ● Provide agronomic support and crop monitoring ● Act as a trusted advisor in the field ● Track volumes, forecasts, and pipeline ● Contribute to company growth strategy ● Support logistics coordination when needed What We’re Looking For Education ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field Experience ● Entry-level accepted ● Strong connection to agriculture required ● Knowledge of Midwest farming practices is a plus Your Profile ● Strong farmer mindset (“boots on the ground”) ● Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive ● Strong negotiation and relationship skills ● Persistent, adaptable, and results-oriented ● Passion for building something long-term This role is NOT a desk job.
