Job Summary Job Summary The Performance Sous Chef for this account will improve player health and performance through the creation of nutritionally optimal meals and snacks for the players and coaches. The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the culinary performance staff. Will work to provide fresh, local, balanced, and nutrient-dense meals tailored specifically to the needs of the players and coaches. CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop recipes, source, build and implement menus for all player, coach and staff meals and ownership needs, with a focus on nutrient-dense foods to optimize health and performance, • Implement procedures for serving food, as well as rotating and storing food within coolers, freezers, dry storage, etc. applying a FIFO approach (including labeling, dating, rotating, and screening products to meet food safety and organizational standards.) Development of guidelines for discarding or returning products that do not meet the organizational standards, • Synchronize and prepare lunches for the business and administration sector of the organization around the needs of player and coach meals during the off-season ATHLETE CENTERED APPROACH: • Knowledge of nutrition needs and demands of an athlete, • Collaborate with team dietitians as a multi-disciplinary team member of the performance nutrition department and advise on culinary methods and techniques for meals related to the athletes’ needs SKILLS & ABILITIES: • Comprehensive understanding of menu item specifics including, but not limited to, dietary restrictions, food allergies and intolerances, ingredients, preparation processes, holding and serving temperatures, and HACCP guidelines EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: • A minimum of three (1-3) years of experience in a culinary management role within an athletic nutrition setting (ex. professional sports team, collegiate athletic department, or Olympic team setting) preferred., • Bachelors’ degree in culinary arts, nutrition, food science, and/or related field a plus Apply to Flik today! Job Description At America's Got Soccer we provide fun, engaging experiences, creating lasting memories for the youth and families in our communities. We're looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and kid-friendly soccer coaches to join our team! Our program starts with children aged as young as 18 months and gets them excited about "organized activities." At that age, it's way more about fun and fist pumps than it is about soccer. However, our children quickly progress into kicks, goals and even scrimmages. By the time they hit ages 5 or 6 we introduce them to scrimmages and then onto more competitive play thereafter. We continue to progress through to our oldest kids, who can be as old as 13, and are more focused on game-like situations and skill development. We are currently hiring for Soccer Coaches who have experience working with children from ages 2 - 14. Preference for experienced soccer coaches who are able to work with both Toddler and Youth ages. Requirements • Passionate about working with and engaging young children is a must., • Availability on weekday evenings (between 4pm - 8pm) and/or weekends (between 9am - 12pm on Saturday/ Sunday)., • Reliable and professional., • Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality who enjoys working with children, parents, and co-workers., • Able to be playful, fun, and imaginative with children., • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with children and deliver feedback to parents., • High energy individual who is physically fit and able to coach soccer skills/games with young children for 2+ hours, • Experience working with children ages 2 – 6 years., • Preference for experienced soccer coaches who are able to work with both Toddler and Youth ages, • Experience with other types of young child sports organizations (SportBall, City Camps, Pedalheads, etc.) or soccer environments (Little Kickers, Timbits Soccer, House Leagues, etc.) Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Job Description At America's Got Soccer we provide fun, engaging experiences, creating lasting memories for the youth and families in our communities. We're looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Soccer Development Officer to to take a lead role in coaching, session oversight, coach training, and program development. The ideal candidate is an experienced coach who is equally comfortable running engaging youth sessions, mentoring new coaches, and collaborating with our management team to ensure high-quality programming. You'll play a key role in shaping both the coach and player experience, ensuring our programs remain organized, fun, and impactful. Our program starts with children aged as young as 18 months and gets them excited about "organized activities." At that age, it's way more about fun and fist pumps than it is about soccer. However, our children quickly progress into kicks, goals and even scrimmages. By the time they hit ages 5 or 6 we introduce them to scrimmages and then onto more competitive play thereafter. We continue to progress through to our oldest kids, who can be as old as 13, and are more focused on game-like situations and skill development. Requirements • Passionate about working with and engaging young children is a must., • Availability on weekday evenings (between 4pm - 8pm) and/or weekends (between 9am - 12pm on Saturday/ Sunday)., • Reliable and professional. Organized, and proactive in problem-solving, • Experience managing, mentoring, and/or supervising other coaches or staff, • Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality who enjoys working with children, parents, and co-workers., • Lead engaging soccer sessions for children aged 18 months to 13 years, tailored to age and skill level, • Supervise and mentor a team of part-time and seasonal coaches to ensure program quality and safety, • Oversee session setup, event operations, and daily programming, • Provide on-field and off-field training to coaching staff, • Act as the primary liaison between front-line coaches and the management team, • Communicate regularly with management to support operational needs and coach development, • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with children and deliver feedback to parents., • Available to work through Summer and Winter seasons. Ideal Experience: • Experience working with children ages 2 – 12 years old, • Preference for experienced soccer coaches who are able to work with both Toddler and Youth ages, • Experience with other types of young child sports organizations (SportBall, City Camps, Pedalheads, etc.) or soccer environments (Little Kickers, Timbits Soccer, House Leagues, etc.) Pay: Competitive based on experience
