Job Description Reporting to the Local Sales Manager, the Sales Development Representative will play a critical part in generating new business opportunities for SportsNet Pittsburgh by identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outbound cold calls, and scheduling appointments for our Account Executives. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company’s revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of potential clients. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Proactively source new business opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and other prospecting methods, • Research and identify potential leads through CRM tools, social media, TV monitoring, and online databases, • Qualify prospects to determine their fit and interest in our products/services, • Schedule and confirm sales appointments for Account Executives by hitting or exceeding benchmarks KPIs of 10 appointments per month, • Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system – Monday.com, • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Manager to align outreach strategies and optimize appointment setting, • Stay informed on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape, • Develop and maintain proficiency with sales software and prospecting tools - Wide Orbit, Strata, Monday.com, Media Monitors, Sponsor United and Vela, • Cultivate relationships with key clients and host events/game nights on an as needed basis, • Attend bi-weekly sales meetings We believe in the potential within every individual. Qualifications: • 2+ years of Sales and Client Services experience, • Proficient with MS Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; proven ability to learn and apply new software applications quickly; solid Internet research skills, • Superb organizational and multi-tasking skills, • Must be detail oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to successfully prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across divisions, • Must be self-starter who can effectively work both independently and with supervision within a team environment, • Must have a high level of professionalism, partnership mentality and positive attitude, • Must have good writing skills, including spelling and grammar, • Must embrace the SNP Core Values; People, Customer Focus, Adaptability, Teamwork, Diversity, Integrity, Accountability, Passion and Social Responsibility The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000 annually plus commission. The final offer will be determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and internal equity.
