Qualifications & Requirements, • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related technical field., • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in project planning, scheduling, or production planning within an engineering or manufacturing environment., • Proficiency in project planning software, specifically MS Project or Primavera P6., • Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex) for resource and materials planning., • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering documentation, and technical specifications., • Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines., • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and schedule development., • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders., • Ability to perform the essential functions of this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
