Job Description We are seeking a capable and reliable crew leader position. This position would come with a company van and a crew of 4 other workers you would be leading, after your 30-day trial period. Your position would include managing the crew on efficient work every day, reading and following our Mission Statement and core values with the crew. Working closely with our Operations Manager on the budget and efficiency of the crew. Performing monthly evaluations of crew members. Would prefer experience in leading crews and a working knowledge of plumbing and electrical, but willing to teach the right person with a great attitude and who learns quickly.
