We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Engineering Administrative Assistant to join our team and support engineers working on-site at our Wayne, PA headquarters. Responsibilities: • Format and edit AIA Master Specifications., • Format and edit reports, punch lists, meeting minutes and letters., • Act as Bala's administrator of the MasterWorks/Master Specs program., • Assist with testing and rolling out new spec software., • Assist Project Managers, Department Managers and Engineers with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel., • Maintain QA/QC tracking log for MEP Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineering Department., • Assist with editing proposals., • Assist with completing shop drawings and RFI logins., • Assist with packaging contract documentation for clients., • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills are essential., • Must be able to work efficiently and multitask to meet deadlines., • Solid problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset., • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, required., • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal., • Previous engineering or construction firm experience, preferred., • Previous administrative support and clerical experience, required., • Knowledge of specifications process, required., • Advanced level of Microsoft Word, required., • Excel/Power Point/Outlook/Teams, required., • Deltek Specpoint, preferred., • MasterWorks, preferred., • Newforma or other Project Management software, preferred., • Bluebeam, preferred., • ProCore, preferred., • Adobe Acrobat, preferred., • HUBSPOT, preferred.
