Job Description Hiring Machine Operators As a Machine Operator, you will set up and operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic manufacturing machines, including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of semiconductor products. Shift & Pay: ($1 pay increase after 4 months) 2nd Shift: 7:00PM – 7:00AM Monday – Thursday (compressed workweek schedule): $23/hr Key Responsibilities • Operate semiconductor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures, • Perform machine setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting, • Monitor production processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency, • Conduct quality inspections using microscopes, measurement tools, and inspection guidelines, • Maintain accurate production and equipment logs, • Follow safety protocols and cleanroom procedures, • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet daily goals, • Assist with preventive maintenance and equipment cleaningQualifications, • Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred (semiconductor experience is a plus), • Ability to follow detailed written instructions and process documentation, • Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment (PPE required), • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills, • Strong attention to detail and quality control, • Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods, • Good communication and teamwork skills, • High school diploma or GED requiredPreferred Skills (Nice to Have), • Experience with photolithography, etching, wafer handling, or microelectronics manufacturing This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
