Job Description BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a full-time Clinical Manager (RN required) in our Medicare certified Denver Visits office in Denver, CO. As one of the Clinical Managers, you will lead the field staff in providing exceptional client service, clinical excellence, and adherence to policies and procedures. Clinical Managers are also accountable for internal case management, field staff evaluation and development. Are you ready for a change? Build your career with a purpose! Office Location: 1325 S. Colorado Blvd, Building B, Suite 507, Denver, CO 80222 Duties of a Clinical Manager include: • Directing and coordinating the care provided by a multi-disciplinary team of home health care professionals., • Processing incoming referrals., • Management and mentoring of Clinical Associates and field staff, • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation of field staff, • Documentation review, including OASIS and Home Care Home Base (HCHB), • Monitoring quality assurance., • Managing staff productivity, and overall case management., • An active Colorado or Compact Registered Nurse license., • Home Health experience preferred., • Recent Medicare Certified Home Health Care experience., • Comprehensive knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation., • Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding., • HCHB a plus., • Strong people management and leadership experience highly desired., • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills., • Up to 90k, KPI-based bonus eligibility., • Full time, office position that provides flexibility, • Advancement opportunities/Growth potential, • BAYADA Home Health Care offers the stability and structure of a national company with the values and culture of a family-owned business., • Newsweek's Best Place to Work for Diversity, • Newsweek's Best Place to Work (overall), • Newsweek's Best Place to Work for Women and Families, • Glassdoor Best Places to Work, • AMAZING culture, • Strong employee values and recognition #LIRX As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.
