Prepare all ingredients necessary for donut production—dough, glaze, icings, and toppings using the correct formula. Complete a proper production schedule on a regular basis, always striving to minimize waste. Inspect all donuts and remove any that are misshapen, too small, or otherwise imperfect. Regularly clean and perform preventive maintenance on donut-making equipment. Demonstrate ability to convert weights and measurements using the United States metric system. Maintain a pleasant and courteous demeanor. Practice "Clean as you go" techniques to maintain a clean work area. Demonstrate safety consciousness at all times and report all incidents to a manager. Assist in maintaining a high level of store sanitation and cleanliness. Report any equipment failure or issues to the manager in a timely manner. Consistently model all store policies, standards, and practices to ensure efficient processes are maintained and quality product is produced on your shift. Coach/train new employees in production. Performs other related duties as assigned. The Project Manager must possess the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and must be highly organized. The Project Manager must be willing to travel (60-70%) as required by project. This position reports to the Director of Operations & Vice President. Essential Duties & Responsibilities · Onsite project management lead for jobs nationwide – approx 70% out of office in market · Complete daily progress reports with crew attendance, photos & completion metrics for each day a job is active in the field · Conduct site visits as needed for any jobs · Per diem & travel expenses covered for all out of market travel to jobs/site visits · Accompany clients, building dept, fire marshals etc on walkthroughs to inspect & confirm all installations are built to code & clients agreed to desires; acquire sign off on all projects prior to completion & exiting the job site · Oversee project prep in Las Vegas WH prior to events if needed – including but not limited to tools, hardware, materials & other misc equipment needs · Assist with local project planning, schedules & logistics · Ensure crews attend safety orientations, are up to date on all safety requirements & adhere to all safety regulations & have proper PPE while working · Manage all job specific purchasing & procurement · Assist in development of project cost estimates in collaboration with the sales team · Coordinate and review all technical drawings with the CAD Department & project foreman to ensure all details of job are captured prior to arriving onsite · Coordinate and review detailed assembly/installation drawings with project foreman for use by the installation crew to ensure all details of job are captured prior to arriving onsite for load in · Actively communicate with management & warehouse team to maintain shop production & logistics schedules in coordination with the project onsite · Work closely with department heads and subcontractors to meet both budgetary and scheduling goals · Communicate with the client, management & sales staff during the build & strike phases of the project to ensure all parties are aligned with progress, milestones & deadlines · Manage changes to the project scope onsite & report any budgetary and/or staffing implications back to management · Track and Report project costs compared to budget, assemble post mortem reports on all projects to give top-line view of how each project fared in comparison to estimates Requirements · Previous industry experience in scaffolding, construction, technical theater and/or scenic fabrication is a plus but not required · Proficiency with MS Office & Teams · High-level problem-solving skills · Ability to make decisions when prioritizing the short- and long-term objectives for projects · Must have outstanding relationship skills and have a team oriented, collaborative work ethic · Ability to work within a flexible schedule · Valid Drivers License · Availability to report to Las Vegas office as needed if not scheduled on a jobsite · Bilingual a major plus, but not required Education Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Pay Scale: $65-80k negotiable on experience.
