Job Description: The BioMatrix Infusion Sales team is delighted to welcome a Summer 2026 Intern to our team in Overland Park, KS team as we continue to elevate our enterprise emerging professionals’ opportunities! We’re looking for an enthusiastic, curious, and self-motivated Infusion Sales Intern to join our team for a high-impact, hands-on internship experience. This role is perfect for someone interested in healthcare sales, business development, marketing, or the infusion therapy space. As an Infusion Sales Intern, you’ll work alongside a team of seasoned sales executives, gain real field experience, partner with cross-functional teams, and contribute to meaningful work that drives growth. This is a chance to explore a career in healthcare sales from multiple angles while making an immediate patient-centered impact. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS • Current collegiate enrollment as a Junior-level or Senior-level student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare administration, or other related field of study required, • Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience required, • GED or high school diploma required, • Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships, • Curious, self-driven learner eager to jump into new projects, • Organized individual who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, • Shadow infusion sales executives during provider visits, field ride-alongs, virtual meetings, etc., • Support territory development through research, lead identification, and competitor insights., • Assist with CRM data entry, contact updates, referral tracking, and basic reporting., • Partner with Marketing to create or refine campaign content and social media posts., • Prepare sales materials, presentations, and follow-up communications., • Participate in cold-calling activities during the final weeks to practice outreach and communication., • Participate in internship cohort activities., • Contribute to sales analytics projects with the Sales Operations Director., • Attend team huddles, sales meetings, and cross-functional discussions with Marketing and Operations., • Help identify business challenges, brainstorm solutions, and work on improvement-based projects., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Effective interpersonal skills for engaging with providers and internal teams., • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, field-based environment., • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks., • Analytical thinking and comfort working with data, spreadsheets, or dashboards., • Ability to use technology tools, including CRM systems (training provided)., • Creative thinking for marketing collaboration and social media content., • Ability to interpret trends and incorporate insights into recommendations., • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals., • Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Demonstrates group presentation skills; Participates in meetings., • This position requires constant sitting with occasional walking, standing, kneeling or stooping., • This position requires the use of hands to finger, handle or feel objects and the ability to reach with hands and arms., • This position requires constant talking and hearing., • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus., • This position must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, • Required to move/lift physical hardware.
