Keep pad area clean., • Prepare for monthly landscaping "ground walks" paying special attention to grounds and picnic areas., • Empty trash in all common areas, if applicable., • Ensure the Leasing Office parking lot and front entrance are kept neat and clean at all times., • Test pool/spa chemical levels and record readings on the record log daily., • Neatly arrange pool furniture and sweep/clean decks as needed., • Maintain a clean and orderly pump room., • Keep grills in the picnic area clean and equipped with wire brushes.
